Chilli Con Carne Lasagne

Time for a bit of a creation. Mission Deli wraps are running a wraps hacks project at the moment for alternative uses for wraps. This is my creation a chilli con carne lasagne using the wraps as the pasta sheets. Starting by making a lovely chilli with mince, onion, pepper, beans and what ever spices you fancy. Make as hot or as not as you like but make sure chill down after so cool.

Heat the wraps in a pan so warm through an go a bit crisp. Using a spring opening cake tin layer the wraps with the chilli and cheese, keep repeating till you used all the chilli. The last layer sprinkle with cheese on top. Then bake in the oven for 25 mins or until top is golden and melted.

Cut a slice and enjoy 🙂
